Self control is my birthday gift for life!!

April 2012:
Looking for a support network so that my fitness/weight loss goals become a lifestyle change. I am a spinner (indoor cycling) and am just starting to track my calories. Goal: I want to lose about 20- 30 pounds by August for my birthday.

Febuary 2013:
Sweet! Achieved a twenty pound weight loss by walking four miles most days and eating mindfully! My goal by August this year is to be at my goal of 125...
