Ok, so here it is. I am 28 years old, married and have 3 boys (Xayvier 9, Brayden 8 & Taye 3). I was this teeny little 100 lb girl before I had my oldest. Before having him I had this crazy fast metabolism so naturally I thought, I'll just eat whatever I want, everything will come off after the baby. Ok, so here it is. I am 28 years old, married and have 3 boys (Xayvier 9, Brayden 8 & Taye 3). I was this teeny little 100 lb girl before I had my oldest. Before having him I had this crazy fast metabolism so naturally I thought, I'll just eat whatever I want, everything will come off after the baby. So wouldn't you know it, that is not the way things go. A short while after having the first (8 months) I was pregnant with baby #2. This time I didn't go at like a crazed hog. None the less, my starting weight was substantially higher than when I got preggo with the first. I lost a small bit of weight between baby #2 and baby #3 but I still was no where close to where I wanted to be. It is now over 3 years since my last baby was born and I find myself still struggling with my weight. I will be turning 30 in July of 2010 and I am bound determined to be slim and fit once more. I would really like to be 125 by my birthday this July and 110 by my birthday next July.

I'm just trying to eat less than 1100 cals a day. I'm also trying to work out at least 3 times a week.
