Hi! Thanks for the comment 0n my blog. My name's Kailey. I'm always looking for more people to keep me motivated, so if you want to keep in touch, I'd love to hear more about your fitness routine!

I'm training for a marathon right now, which is quickly approaching (2 weeks and counting). So, I run a lot. I also try to go to the gym at least once a week to do some cross training. Eating is really my biggest problem, but I'm getting better at it. Spark People definitely helps a ton!

I started June 2007 and by using Spark and some self discovery in the process, I'm down 25 pounds, and am holding steady at a healthy weight. Spark is a massive site, you'll be discovering new and exciting things for at least two months! Good luck and I hope you'll embrace a healthy new lifestyle.
