My Goals:
First goal is to get to 160.

I am going to run a half marathon this fall.

I am going to try to like more vegetables.

My Program:
I'm doing Hal Higdon's novice half marathon training.

30 Day Shred and Yoga Meltdown on the strength training days. Wii Fit Plus interspersed for fun.

You did terrific! My clock time was exactly 2:30! I was supremely tired the last two miles and my pace was a lot slower... next time I'll be prepared!

Have a great race! I'm thinking of doing this one next year since it's billed as the flattest race in New England. I'm all about the flat. :)
