Hi! I'm Brandi. I'm 27 years old. I have a wonderful husband who is my best friend. We do pretty good, but we can certainly do better! It's important for me to live a happy healthy life, to be an inspiration to my daughter. Prior to conceiving in December 2009, I had lost 40 pounds using Spark People. I'm ready to get back on track and start losing again! My Goals:
My Ultimate Goal is to live a healthier lifestyle. I want to feel better and live a long, fulfilled life with my family. I want to be an example to my children and have them learn only good eating habits from their parents, instead of passing on the bad habits that we have been accustomed too. I plan to do this by learning to eat healthier and cleaner. I am also going to incorporate exercise into my life on a regular basis.
My Program:
To meet my goals I am using Spark People to track my calories. I am limiting processed foods and consuming more produce, nuts, dairy, whole grains, and lean meats.
