I''m not gaining speed, just slowing down less than everyone else!

I am a very active person, a year ago I fractured my spine and it's time to get back to the strong bodied woman I feel inside. My Goals:
Long Range GOALS:
Get my bod back to a COMFIE, able to wear clothes comfortably, weight, I will know when I get there.

Goal: eat sensibly to steadily lose approximately 2 lbs a week without denying to the point of frustration!



My Program:
1) Tracking my food intake. WATER, WATER, WATER.

2) EXERCISE like a banshee 4 days a week. NO EXCUSES!!!!

4) Try new recipes that are lower in fat and healthy.

5) Eat less meat. Vegitarian day once a week.

Personal Information:
I live just outside of Chicago. I love my work as an, RN in Hematology Oncology/Bone Marrow Transplant I just cut to part time, pre-retirement, to enjoy life and my many hobbies. For fun and entertainment I like to gardening, training my german shepherd puppy, kayaking and being outdoors, exercise, cooking, doing home repairs and decorating, travel and going out to a variety of activities with friends.

Other Information:
Favorites: Changing seasons. Love, Love, Love music, every genre. Like wine tasting. Blackhawk hockey. My sons and grand-baby. Love life and I am so blessed in this one.
