I''m not gaining speed, just slowing down less than everyone else!

My Goals:
Long Range GOALS:
Get my bod back to a COMFIE, able to wear clothes comfortably. Be a comfortable weight 140 ish, I will know when I get there.

Goal: eat sensibly to steadily lose approximately 2 lbs a week without denying to the point of frustration!



My Program:
1) Tracking my food intake. WATER, WATER, WATER.

2) EXERCISE like a banshee 4 days a week. NO EXCUSES!!!!

4) Try new recipes that are lower in fat and healthy.

5) Eat less meat. Vegitarian day once a week.

Personal Information:
I live just outside of Chicago. I have two grown sons, and one precious grandbaby. I'm an
RN in Hematology Oncology/Bone Marrow Transplant. I love my job but wish I could retire to enjoy life and my many hobbies. For fun and entertainment I like to gardening, training my german shepherd puppy, kayaking and being outdoors, exercise, cooking, doing home repairs and decorating, travel and going out to a variety of activities with friends.

Other Information:
Favorites: Changing seasons.
Favorite author is Anna Quindlan. Love, Love, Love music-jazz mostly but everything. Like wine tasting. A Cubbie fan, Blackhawk hockey. Love life and I am so blessed in this one.
