Working Hard

I was in the Navy as helicopter electrician for 4 yrs, so I know what to do (exercises, food, etc), just dont do it. I stay committed for a week and then something overwhelms or exhausts me in life and I get depressed and tired and stop everything. And takes me awhile to get going again.

Finished my 2 degrees and working to gain experience and money for my future restaurant and bed and breakfast! I work overnights at a gorgeous Hilton property in Upstate New York. So I have lots of ...

Finished my 2 degrees and working to gain experience and money for my future restaurant and bed and breakfast! I work overnights at a gorgeous Hilton property in Upstate New York. So I have lots of free time which I plan on doing a lot of walking around the lobby, borrowing the 5-10lb weights from exercise room and casually lifting, eating right, and stretching when I'm not helping guests and processing paperwork. It's nice because I'm usually by myself and can do this without feeling weird. The only bad part is that I try to sleep during the day which is hard but I manage it.

Thank you and it was no problem! You had a very inspiring story, so that def makes a good leader. All the leaders of the teams Ive joined have been nothing but the best!! Sparkpeople has been the best!

I def had a tough year before (you dont need to know lol) so with this engagement it really starts the year off better and it really couldnt be as bad as last year (knock on wood).

XOXO

Chris3215- Thanks! I'm actually out of the Navy. I can't belive it, but I was just thinking, I've been out 6 yrs this August!!! It feels like yesterday I was on a carrier in the Middle East IN THE SUMMER!! lol SOOO hot!! But I looked so damn good lol Talk about burning calories! haha
CHUM48- Thanks for the motifvation! I'm officially leaving my scale alone and only visiting once a week lol I get so concerned about it. Bad habit!
IPSILY- No prob! Glad you enjoyed it!!
MONTY68- No prob! You are such an inspiration! I wish my dad was equally motivated. He's one of those "skinny fat" people. Eats whatever he wants but barely gains a pound, but has high blood pressure and cholesterol and doesnt think he can run anymore like he used to cuz of his "bad" knees and back. If he just started slowly, stleast walking, it would do him wonders but no luck. I even started running & doing 5Ks and he's not even motivated to walk one with me. Running used to be his life and Im his lil girl, youd think he'd want to combo the moment. Oh well! sorry for venting lol

You are getting it done, remember its not the numbers on the scale that are important its how you think about what you have done and by the looks of things you have done wonders emoticon
