My Goals:
To lose at least 50lbs by Christmas - 75lbs by April of 2010

To consume at least 8 glasses of water a day!

Exercise more and burn this stomach fat!!

My Program:
Changing my eating habits
Walking at least 30mins every day
Exercising at least 3 times a week for 20 mins

Personal Information:
I am a 32-year old mother of 2 girls living in Nova Scotia, Canada


I am in a committed relationship with a wonderful man who has become a step-father figure to my children.


I enjoy watching movies, needlepoint (cross-stitching) and walking on beautiful sunny days (rain sucks lol)


I work full time as a Supplies Technician for a big-name company. Have been employed with this company for 2 years come August 1st!
