The title line says it all the struggle to start being healthy begins. I have been a yoyo dieter all my life and have tried almost every diet out there. I finally figured out that it is not a diet I have to suffer through but a change that I need to make to my lifestyle so that I can be healthy, live longer and be a happier person. I am starting this process again I am at my heaviest of 365. The last few years have been crazy, I dropped 50lbs after I had heart failure during surgery, and was doing well with keeping it off. But then I found love, I got engaged then married, and in the process packed weight back on getting back up to 365. But having my husband in my life and his support we together have decided to work on our eating and fitness and make a lifestyle change so that we can enjoy our time together. To be more active and healthy. So we have set off on this journey together. It is a great motivator to have my husband there telling me he loves me and hes proud of me. Ditto babe! So watch out world... we are going to become thin fit b**tches!!!

My Goals:
I want to lose 200 lbs. and become active and fit. Those are my main goals. Looking into possible lapband surgery any comments??

My Program:
I have been writing down my food consumption. Seeing a nutriotionist to help me towards my goals. I am becoming a rabbit in the sense that I am grazing on the greens and nibbling the carrots. I have also begun walking with my dog to get exercise.

Personal Information:
I am a native chick...part Crow, Anishinabe, and Assininboine. Grew up between the Crow, Ft. Peck and Wind River rezs! In November 2009 I married the love of my life, Ernie. I am 38 but I feel like a spring chicken!!! And I live on the Crow Rez in Montana!
