Calling Carolina Home
The Carolina's is for me, Born-attended schools-married in S.C. Now calling the state of N.C. also home, living here since 1973. Happily married to a loving, kind, gentle and a man of God. February 12, 2008, reworked my Weight Watchers and Spark People program. Now on May 20th, I've accomplished a goal of eating more vegetable, fruit and 8 glasses of water daily. The Carolina's is for me, Born-attended schools-married in S.C. Now calling the state of N.C. also home, living here since 1973. Happily married to a loving, kind, gentle and a man of God. February 12, 2008, reworked my Weight Watchers and Spark People program. Now on May 20th, I've accomplished a goal of eating more vegetable, fruit and 8 glasses of water daily. Instead of giving myself reasons why I can't, I give myself reasons why I can. My next weight loss motivation is more exercise. I will FOCUS on my GOALS , WITH EVERLASTING COMMITMENT, and take PRIDE in my weight loss journey. Winners have two things: goals and a burning desire to achieve them. On 12-30-08 I rejoined Weight Watchers using their new Momentum program & eating more "filling foods". I am marking today as a new beginning. I am now recommitting to this journey. I will be enjoying my retired time, my husband, adult children, and most of all being a grandmother. I am looking forward to being as healthy as I can be. I will be a" Winner".

Hi, I'm Barb, married , one Son, two daughters who's given us 3 grandsons and one grandaughter. Retired after 26 with a major department store in sales.
Other Information:
I enjoy my W8 Watcher teams on SparkPeople Site, Weight Watchers E tools, fishing, Red Hat Club, Adventure TravelClub,sewing,gardening,cook books,reading novels.Grandsons & now granddaughter ., spending quality time with my best friend(my hubby) fishing near coastal Sunset Beach.
