February 12, 2008, reworked my Weight Watchers and Spark People program. Now on May 20th, I've accomplished a goal of eating more vegetable, fruit and 8 glasses of water daily. Instead of giving myself reasons why I can't, I give myself reasons why I can. My next weight loss motivation is more exercise. I will FOCUS on my GOALS , WITH EVERLASTING COMMITMENT, and take PRIDE in my weight loss journey. Winners have two things: goals and a burning desire to achieve them.
On 12-30-08 I rejoined Weight Watchers using their new Momentum program & eating more "filling foods".
I am marking today as a new beginning. I am now recommitting to this journey. I will be enjoying my retired time, my husband, adult children, and most of all being a grandmother. I am looking forward to being as healthy as I can be. I will be a" Winner".

I enjoy my W8 Watcher teams on SparkPeople Site, Weight Watchers E tools, fishing, Red Hat Club, Adventure TravelClub,sewing,gardening,cook books,reading novels.Grandsons & now granddaughter ., spending quality time with my best friend(my hubby) fishing near coastal Sunset Beach.
