I have been trying to lose my "freshman 15" (more like freshman 25) I gained during my 1st year of college. Slowly but surely I am starting to get back down to my ideal weight... But it has not been easy!

My Goals:
Get down to 125 lbs

My Program:
Gym a few days a week. If I do not have time to go to the gym, I try to at least run on our treadmill at home for 30 mins or so. Weightlifting has been very helpful for me to lose weight and I have enjoyed it for the most part. Watching what I eat more closely. I make sure to have a few splurges a week still though so I do not go crazy!! :- )
