No More Fat Suit!
I'm just another fat girl. I'm done with walking around in this fat suit. I'm ready to be healthy and fit! I'm ready to enjoy walking around in my skin. A little background: I'm happily married (thank the Lord!) to a wonderful man who is very supportive and loving of me. I have always struggled with my weight. It seems like I was desitined to fight being a "big girl". I don't think I have been below 170 lbs as an adult. Since I'm only 5'4, extra weight is really ...
I'm just another fat girl. I'm done with walking around in this fat suit. I'm ready to be healthy and fit! I'm ready to enjoy walking around in my skin. A little background: I'm happily married (thank the Lord!) to a wonderful man who is very supportive and loving of me. I have always struggled with my weight. It seems like I was desitined to fight being a "big girl". I don't think I have been below 170 lbs as an adult. Since I'm only 5'4, extra weight is really evident on me. I have always been "curvy". While that isn't necessarily a bad thing, the weight I'm at now is no longer just "curvy" but "scary". I know I'm am letting my life slip away just because I can't control my portions or what I eat or get up and exercise. All things that I can control. I know I have the ability to be healthy. Now it's time to put all this into action. I am tired of these health problems that are plaguing me simply because I'm overweight. I'm tired of being, well, tired. So, here I am at Spark. My Program:
Right now I'm trying to get settled into a good routine. I started the TurboFire program and not eating fast food anymore. I hope to implement a good diet plan and slowly incorporate more exercise. My husband and I are looking in to Kettleworx as well. I believe this combination of intense cardio and strength training is the way for me!
Other Information:
I want to feel healthy and good about myself again. I hope to finally lose this weight, once and for all so I can start LIVING life instead of watching it fade away.
