Fat developer seeks motivation...

I am a 29-year-old software engineer. I started my diet about a year ago weighing in at 230 pounds. I successfully lost 10 pounds and maintained the weight loss until about a month ago. My wife, Amanda (SparkPage: AmandaJean9871) and I have started walking 1-3 miles a day, which has helped me shed an additional 22 pounds (putting me at 197 pounds) when I started SparkPeople.

Happy Monday!
What are you going to do today to reach your goals? Today is going to pass you by no matter what. You have a choice. Are you going to take advantage of it, or just let it go by and get nothing back from it?

Personally, I am going to burn at least 500 extra calories today, eat clean, and drink my water. Those are my small steps today to reach my goals tomorrow.

What are you going to do?

It's a brand new week. Time to grab it by the horns.
What goals do you want to reach this week?
What are you willing to do this week to reach those goals?
Are you worth it? Rhetorical Question. Of course you are!
Go Go Go. We can do it.
