My name is Brenda. I am 42. I have 2 boys, 22 and 15. I have high cholesterol and a family history of heart disease so I wanted to lose weight, eat healthier, and get more exercise. I love that there is so much support and information right here. It helped a lot. I've lost weight before, but never kept it off for very long. I've lost the weight and met my goal (several times)! Now if I can just get back to goal weight and figure out how to maintain it...

    I read that your exercise for today, was to hike....I am ENVIOUS! I do love to hike myself, don't get in as much as I would like, but when Arizona cools down in November, I am OFF to hike emoticon !!!!!

    Brenda - I just wanted to stop by and say Congrats on the nice loss for this week in the Clear the Clutter Challenge. The Challenge ended today and U had an 8.5 pound loss for the Challenge.
