Happy to be fat but healthy
I'm probably like most people that want to be able to run 5K, walk hills and swim like a fish but the truth is the pull of the couch has always been to much for me. My aim is to eat healthier and exercise more (but isn't that everyone's goals as well?). Well, for me this time, it isn't about being able to do the above, its just trying to do them. My Program:
My program is currently eating a healthy breakfast of yogurt, fruit and cereal, a lunch which includes fruit or veg and a well balanced dinner with no processed foods. My exercise will consist of Walking/jogging, Cycling and swimming..
Personal Information:
I'm from Edinburgh originally but live in a small seaside town called Dunbar down the east coast of Scotland. I have four children who are all a lot healthier than I am. I'm currently engaged to the love of my life, Elaine.
Other Information:
I am what we call a Community 1st responder for the Scottish Ambulance Service. I's voluntery and I get called out to people having Heart Attacks, Strokes, breathing difficulties etc, etc. One of my reasons for wanting to get fitter is that I would like to also volunteer for the NRLI in Dunbar.
