My name's Julie and I am looking to get healthier and lose some of my excess weight. I am working most on my healthy eating. I love working out, but no workout can out train a bad diet! I've really been enjoying yoga classes lately. I like running as well. It's amazing how fast you improve with that sport!

My Goals:
Well I would like to change my eating habits and stick with it! My goal right now is to fit into this old skirt that I have for summer time.

My Program:
I am just starting nutrisystem food wise and I use a couple Isagenix products. I like yoga a lot. I also do home videos. Like 30 Day Shred and P90X or Insanity. I have quite a few so I just randomly pick one when I'm due for a sweat session! I rollerblade everywhere which I love!

Hi Julie
I added you as well. I am so sore and I only finished the 2nd day of the P90x. Oh my gosh I dont want to know how I feel in a few more days. I work out on a regular basis and I'm still sore. Tomorrow is chest and arms wish me luck!
