Hey, my name is Bailey and I'm 21 years old. My goal has changed recently to being able to wear a bikini by summer, and I'm willing to work my butt off at the gym and down my trail to do it. I don't want to lose too much more weight, because I've already lost quite a bit thanks to this site, but I do need to tone up. My Goals:
-Tone up the troubled areas
-Work harder on eating more vegetables
-Make sure I eat at least 1,300 calories, but no more than 1,800 a day
-Work out with friends to keep them (and myself) motivated
-Try several types of exercise to keep my body on it's toes

My Program:
Incorporate exercise into everyday in SOME way. Whether it be going to the gym, playing on my Wii fit, or making housework fun by dancing around to music/doing squats and l unges as I get to different areas of the house and so on.

Also, I need to eat more vegetables and proteins


Personal Information:
I'm from Lake Stevens, WA and I'm 21 years old, I'm currently a college student and plan to become a radiology technician.

The highest weight I remember was 237lbs at 14 years old, since than I've lost almost 100 pounds with changing my bad eating habits and amping up my exercise.

Being a student does take up quite a bit of time, so over the past couple years I've began to slack. I'm going to get back into the exercise habit and get back all that wonderful energy it gives me. I always feel good after a workout, even if I struggled with myself to get there :)

There's a team called Victoria’s Secret Angels and a new team called SP Hotties. Thought you would be interested in joining.
