It seems like many of us face continual battle to stay positive when little progress is apparent. We just have to keep in mind that we our efforts will result in a healthier life. We need to focus on how we are feeling and the energy we have to accomplish daily life tasks. I’m working hard to concentrate on my health rather than just on the number on the scale; to concentrate on non-scale victories to help me stay positive every day. Sheila

I think I'm fine but I can see you won't cooperate with me. The way you let the shadows play you'd think my hair was turning grey.
