EDIT 10/19/10: My "real jeans" fit again!!! YAY! I still want to get into my smaller real jeans, but I don't have to wear stretchy jeans anymore!!!

My Goals:
1. Fit in my real (40) jeans. (Accomplished!)
2. Fit in my smaller (38) real jeans.
3. Commit more time to my personal improvement.
4. Finish a 5K. -NEW GOAL
(Goals to be refined later, but this is the basic idea.)
My Program:
1. Drink 6+ cups water every day.
2. Exercise 10+ minutes every day.
3. Physical therapy exercises twice a week.
4. Think before snacking.
5. Have fruits and vegetables readily available and easy to prepare.
