...so I'm not staying there. I'm making positive, healthy, permanent changes to my lifestyle. I'm changing my attitude towards food, upping my knowledge on nutrition, researching fitness, especially all things running related, and I'm loving every little improvement from feeling better to looking better to sleeping better and more.

My Program:
Eating healthy and nutritious foods (lots of water and at leat 5 fruits and vegetables a day too), counting calories on Spark and staying in my range, running 3-4 times a week and cross training on the other days, with an occasional off day.

thanks for your input on my blog.. those scales are bad..LOL
I was weighing like you and on sunday.. but I think I will wait a few weeks now and weigh on Monday- maybe it is because I am usually home friday to sunday and relax -and eat better becuase I fix it.. I go to the senior center 3xs a week and get free lunch and being on food stamps and ssd- I need the outing and the food...
other wise this is my social life.
