After a very long hiatus and a new refreshed attitude, I'm back and stronger than ever. When I left SP I was down to 222 and I actually went up to 265 during that time off. I have recently lost ALL of the weight that I gained and I'm here to use SP again to lose those last 80 or so pounds. I am back to 222 and have already lost 40. I am not going to worry so much about writing down and nit picking every single thing I eat and every exercise I finish. I became too obsessed with it and wore ...

I am not going to worry so much about writing down and nit picking every single thing I eat and every exercise I finish. I became too obsessed with it and wore myself out. Fresh, unprocessed foods and lean meats got me 40 pounds lighter and i will continue doing this without using the food tracker. I'm happy to be back and getting to know SP again!
