My Goals:
I would like to be healthier, skinnier, and happier with my body. I want to thrive, and even be envied a little. I want people to think of me as fit. I want to love my body and what it can do instead of despising it and trying to cover my "shame".

My Program:
I skate at practice 3 times a week (1.5-3 hours per practice) I try to do cardio 5 times a week and strength training 2-3 times a week. I have a great workout partner (my mom!) and I am dedicated to this lifestyle.

Personal Information:
I'm 33, I'm from Denver. I want to kick as much ass on the track as possible, and I'm pretty sure losing weight will help.

Other Information:
I love music, my favorite band is Pixies. I also love reading books and watching the never ending stream of media from my television.

Yoga helps with everything health wise the more & more I read about it the more beneficial things I learn about practicing yoga. Good example is in that article i posted just about how great being inverted everyday is to health, my mind was blown!! Get back into it once you get healed up girl so we can crow it out together :p

how are you going on your mission to drop that excess weight before Prague? Bummer about roller derby, and the broken ankle, are you able to do water exercise? That will help you along your way.
