Seeing It Through

Figured I'd add some diet force to the youtube journey.
(Hi!)

in my 30's and dang tired of this baggage. although starting all this while in the process of packing up and moving home has me wondering if I'm masochistic.

I guess i just like keeping things in sync, big changes all around. new leaves and whatnot. it's good to have new starts...even if I've been at this for a while.

20 down already, yay me!

My Goals:
1. lose fat
2. gain muscles
3. build cardio endurance
4. run a marathon
(pretty straight forward lol)

My Program:
I am eating a reduced-calories-from-what-got-me-overweig
ht diet that's primarily plant based (going THRIVE!)

and letting my foot heal from a bout of plantar fasciitis...by walking barefoot on gravel. (seriously, it helps!)

then, if the month of June is kind, I'll be following a 13 week couch to 10k, modified for half marathon distance. again.
