Just Do It

Hello! I joined this site because my aunt recommended it to me but I can't figure out how to get her the credit. She told me it is very supportive and I need that. I get down on myself much of the time. I am what the medical community considers obese. I'm not liking that! I am fat or as my girlfriend called me, plump. Either way you look at it, I need to lose weight. I need to go for a walk every day. I know what I need to do, I just have to DO it. Hope to hear from my supporters.

emoticon Sorry! I skipped ahead. I forgot it was a ten step program. So here is the link for the first step. Please read them as you have time. I know you are very busy, but it's important for you. The cardiologist and everyone else in the hosp told me I could not fight the "genes" of heart disease. You unfortunately take after your mother's side of the family. Everyone in our family has died of heart attack at an early age. So you need to get your blood chemistry corrected if you want to live to see your grand babies. My Doc told me the other arteries in my heart were fine. But he told the cardiac rehab people that all the arteries on the other side of my heart were at 50% blockage. You can't be tested for it, you just have to assume you have the same genes as your mom and me, and your weight and exercise (or lack of it) puts you at a higher risk. emoticon so take this site seriously and use all the resources they have for you. Look around, there are links for beginners. I think they are on the start page. Love you. Take care and have fun at the game!! /this is the beginning.

I haven't done this yet, cause I couldn't think of what to put down, that's why I am revisiting it today so I can do it. Putting things in writing really works much better than our brain can remember.
