My Goals:
I would like to achieve a healthy weight and most of all maintain a healthy lifestyle that will let me maintain my weight once I've achieved it.

My Program:
I'm not on a "diet". Rather I'm striving for balanced and healthy lifestyle. This includes exercising vigourously at least 3 times a week for 60 minute (spin classes or the elliptical machine during the winter and long bike rides when the days get warmer and longer). On days when my schedule doesn't allow for longer workouts, I try to make up for it by squeezing in walks at work, and taking the stairs instead of the elevators whenever I can.
