The journey begins
My name is Brooke. I was a size 6-8 all of my life until I met my husband and he started feeding me :) A few years later I'm now 50 pounds over what I used to be. I never really realized it until I saw pictures of myself. Luckily my husband is very sweet and doesn't care what I weigh but I'm ready to get back to a size 8 to regain my self-esteem. Apart from pure vanity I'd like to get healthy to avoid diabetes, which my grandma has and I'm at risk for. I'd like to get pregnant in a year or ...

My Program:
So far I am playing a lot of Wii games. Exerbeat is my favorite. To start eating a bit better I am starting with a lot of lean cusine to better learn porition control. Eventually I will wean myself off of lean cuisine and learn to cook healtheir meals.

I'm originally from California and am currently living in Colorado. I got married on 9-10-11 and currently live with my husband and the other love of our life, our dog Raina who is an adorable and very spoiled Golden Retriever.
