STAND UP AND FINISH WHAT YOU STARTED! My name is Ashleigh. I live In B.C Canada, although right now Im currently in Alberta. I am 24 Years old and I am a certified Health care Aide and full time Momma. Im in love with a wonderful guy, his name is Shane. Together we are on the path of a healthy lifestyle and i love him for being there for me. I started Sparkpeople a long time ago and was very happy with the results, but when i moved from BC i also drifted away from the site and am now back again and feeling better already :). I dont want to pretend to be confident anymore. I just want to feel Healthy and Happy no matter what sort of situation i am in :). This isnt current but I want to keep this update on here from before to motivate me to do it again!! *Update*So I started on Sp again On March 15th/10 at 240 lbs. It is now May 15th and I am 207.4. I am excited to say in the last 2 months my hard work has brought me to be 32.6 lbs lighter than before. :) I love this! "Unless You Puke, Faint or Die, Keep Going!" - Jillian Michaels

My Program:
*Staying within all my nutrition limits provided by spark. *Eat Whole foods, cut out processed foods. *Going for walks 7x a week for atleast a half an hour each time. *Strength train 3X per week. *10 Squats or wall pushups every time i use the bathroom(it adds up!) *Doing the C25K http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_ 3/181.shtml *Workout videos at home(envy workouts are fun) *staying positive and remembering this is not a diet but a lifestyle.
