My personal goals are to get back into shape, up my streangth and maybe as a side bonous take up something interesting like yoga, fencing, or belly danceing.

hello I have a secret that has worked for hubby and kids my hubby and kids drank whole I keep the jug and when 1/2 was empty I put 2% in and when half again I added 1% for a year he was drinking 1% then I finally told them they didn't believe me at first but now they drink 1% . I think it was just a little switch at a time that worked so try this for awhile, it works..
