I am trying to lose weight and learn a new lifestyle of healthier eating. My goal is to eat mostly whole foods. I like to cook and try new recipes.

I am walking my first 5k in February 2012 and I am working on swimming a mile non-stop using the 0-1650 program.

Yes, I'm getting "better," which is to say that I will be able to make it through TWO client appointments today and then come home and nap most of the afternoon. "Better" is very relative here.
