Hi......I am 27 years old living in South Carolina. I am firth year high school science teacher. Right now, teaching is taking up so much time. That does not leave much time to do anything else. Therefor, I have not eaten well or exercise, which has lead to Weight gain. But I am trying to take a proactive approach to lose the weight and take time to do it right this time.

Thanks for the comment dear! I did take a break. I had emotional issues going on and i had university finals and then i moved out for the summer...i just couldnt keep track! BUT im back and into it once more and i hope things are going strong for you :)

Hi Barrett, I'm 6 feet tall, which has always been kind of an issue for me in determining what is healthy...even at my highest weight of 278 I was big, but I didn't "look" like I weighed almost 300 pounds. It's also tricky in trying to be satisfied with a goal weight of about 165-170. That's still more than most 'healthy' people weigh, but much much less than what I used to! Thanks for the curiosity and the support! Keep up your journey!
