Hey there, sorry its been a little while since a check in. Life is a bit crazy for me right now.
How are you and your goals going?
I'm doing ok. I slacked on my exercises a little at the end of March and beginning of April, but I'm back on track now. The weight is coming off a little slower, but I'm trying not to get too frustrated. I start a circuit weight training class at the Junior College by my house this summer and it's Monday-Friday, so I'm excited about that. My eating is still going really well, eating healthy is pretty much a habit for me now. Looks like I'm not going to reach my goal for the end of April, but that's ok. I'm not giving up. The weight has to come off eventually as long as I keep working at it.

Hey there! No worries about you taking a while to respond. I totally understand. I've been swamped with work/school/gym too.
Thanks on the congrats about breaking 200. I finally met my 3rd goal today! I'm 197.3! And, I just realized that I'm a quarter of the way to my goal. I'm so happy.
I joined a softball league this week with a bunch of my friends. I've never played organized sports before, and I'm looking forward to it. Our first practice was yesterday and I was super nervous at first, but by the end of practice, I was glad I joined. And I'm totally sore today, so I know I got some kind of work out.
