New page under construction, just like me.
I have been using this site since February 2008, along the way I have found plenty of help and advice and lost 60lbs. That means my skirts are 5 sizes smaller and, depending on the cut, my tops are 3-4 sizes smaller.
I have also managed to start regular exercise sessions to complement my visits to Curves and recently started the C25k programme. (I never thought I would even attempt that until now, but I even managed to get DD to join me)
I never believed that it would be possible ...

I never believed that it would be possible to get back to my wedding weight but that is looking ever more achievable although I only wanted to be able to say I am 10st something (14?lbs)

My Program:
Keeping to my calorie range as much as possible.
Cutting out as much "junk" as I can.
Exercising a bit more.
Generally taking better care of ME. No-one else can do that for me.
