Doing it Again

I am learning to be happy with my body. This is a life long journey and not just a "In 6 months I plan to be at a certain point" It's ok to make mistakes as long as you learn from them. I am no longer overly concerned about my weight as long as I am happy with the way my clothes fit and how my body looks and feels.

I do all of my working out at home via DVD's, online sites, and just plain ol outdoor activities :)

My Goals:
I really just want to be happy in my own body, I don't want my weight to be that constant worry in the back of my mind, and I would LOVE to not have to pull my pants over that "bulge" when I sit down :)

I tend to switch up my workouts about ever 30 days within my rotation are...

Tracy Anderson Dance Cardio-holy cow if you want to get that heart rate up

Bodyrock.tv -I love how you get a different workout every day in such a short amount of time

Callanetics-Any of these DVD's are fantastic for a simple effective meditative work out

Physique 57- A fantastic whole body toning system

That's great progress. When I want a short intense workout. Do bodyrock.tv. did u gain weight back from the hcg drops?

I'm SUPER excited to try that pizza later this week! =D My hubby isn't a HUGE cauliflower fan, but I know how good it is for you, and I LOVE it and so I'm trying to incoorporate it into more meals! (Or SNEAK, maybe that's a better word! =p) I've tried this super yummy alfredo sauce recipe that uses cauliflower and it's soooo good.. But I'm trying to stay away from the pastas.. I bet it would be yummy with rice or something though! =]

Thanks for the rec! I did the first workout of the 12 day BR challenge yesterday. I've been doing various other exercises, but decided to throw in a quick BR workout last night since I was short on time.
