Hey girl! thanks for your comment on my blog and your suggestions! Apple cider vinegar in water 2x a day?! That sounds pretty disgusting And would surely drive my husband Caraaaaaaaaazy! (he HATES the smell of vinegar lol!) Where did you get that idea from?! So it helps with the bloating?! I definitely have noticed that since I've gotten thinner, a lot of the time when I eat I have a "food baby" as I call it, lol! The bloating drives me crazy! I definitely think that the bloating is in coorilation of TOM too a bit.. because it goes away a bit and then comes back/gets worse.. wondering is maybe my uterus is swollen during PMS time so that's why I'm bloating or something?

Thanks for your comments and words of encouragement on my page, haven't started the p57 as of yet...but I have been working out. Just received Burn @ the Barre, and Xtend workouts that I ordered. So I'm looking forward to getting started soon. Have a few things I have to get in order and then I'll be able to focus on doing the barre workouts.
