I'm following a plan called the Primal Blueprint, which means my calories and ratios will seem very strange to some people, but I've found, over time, that its the best for my body.

My weight gain is partially due to laziness/bad eating, but also partially due to medical problems. I dropped 40 pounds in 2 months a few years ago due to a medical issue, and then put it all right back on (plus some) in 4 months.

Start weight: 221 (4/25/11)
Goals:
1. 215 (reward: not sure; kinda broke right now!)
2. 205
3. 195 (goal: 4th of July)
4. 185
5. 175 (start of the school year -- early Sept)
6. 165
7. 155
8. 145 (unsure about this -- I might be happy at 155, depending on muscles/buffness/hotness! I weighed 163 last year and felt almost fine).

My Goals:
My goals are to eat well -- and that means eating tasty, yummy food that goes along with the PB plan. I want my blood sugars to be as close to "normal" as possible. I want to feel comfortable in my own skin.

My Program:
Following the PB plan -- no grain. Not necessarily low-carb, but definately a high-fat, high-protien plan.
