BACK AT IT AGAIN...and for the Last time
May 2012 I got down to 160 lbs I felt amazing. Then I experienced some very stressful life situations and gained back all the weight I lost in as little as 1 and 1/2 months (183). So now I am stress-free and happy and back on track. Eating healthy and working out. Id like to be 150-140 lbs by Christmas 2012. January 2012: I have said and known for years that I would be at my BEST by the time I was 25 (and keep it going of course ;)). Well I have 4 MONTHS UNTIL I TURN ...

So now I am stress-free and happy and back on track. Eating healthy and working out. Id like to be 150-140 lbs by Christmas 2012. January 2012: I have said and known for years that I would be at my BEST by the time I was 25 (and keep it going of course ;)). Well I have 4 MONTHS UNTIL I TURN 25!! And about 30 lbs to lose. I have lost 15 lbs which has already been life changing, I just have to keep going. Keep practicing my healthy lifestyle and not overindulging. Not only do I want to lose 30 lbs but I want to build muscle and a Shapely Lean Body that is full of love, health, happiness and appreciation. 2011 - So the past year I have been trying REALLY hard to lose weight, exercising eating GREAT ...and nothing was happening arg. I went to my Dr. and he found out that I have insulin resistance and in order to get rid of it I really need to cut back on the carbs and stay consistant with excercise... so here I go! Lets hope this will finally work! Mind Body Spirit From the beginning of 2010, compared to now I have made some huge healthy changes in my life, but not with my BODY! Out with the negative, in with the positive. I have struggled with weight and health issues since I was a teenager. I feel like I have tried every DIET from A to Z. Yo-yo dieting was something that I got used to doing. In 2008 my weight flew up to 184 and ever since I have been trying to get back down to a HEALTHY weight and KEEP IT OFF! Summer of 2009 I did Dr. Bernstein and lost 20 pounds (seen in my pictures), although I think the diet is totally awesome, it's not realistic to follow lifelong. This diet was very low in calories and carbohydrates. Basically it put my body into ketosis, eating up much of my muscle. Doing this changed my metabolism, and since then, it has been extremely hard to lose weight. BUT Losing the weight that I did, amplified my energy, my health and my spirit, it was like I was a new person! It is AMAZING how just a few extra pounds can affect a person’s health both physically and mentally!
