BarbRun is Having Fun
I joined SparkPeople to learn, to get healthy and have some fun. Thanks to Helene who mentioned this to me over one year ago. Let's have some fun. So, it has been almost a year and I am really enjoying SparkPeople. I am learning many things and am being fairly healthy. The weight is not coming off (actually gained weight recently), but that's not my main priority..or should I say wasn't. I am going to concentrate more on my fitness level, my eating portions and ...

The weight is not coming off (actually gained weight recently), but that's not my main priority..or should I say wasn't. I am going to concentrate more on my fitness level, my eating portions and drinking more water. Hopefully these things will get me to the weight and healthiness that I want to be. I am sorry that summer is over, but I do look forward to snow and my winter sports - bring on the snow. Enjoy who you are, enjoy life now !!!
