One Step At A Time...

I'm just going to focus more on making sure I'm moving and active. I figure the weightloss will come in time. I'm going to use my weight as a way to see if I need to step it up or not.

In the past I would get frustrated and quit because I wasn't where I thought I would be. I figured to avoid this type of thought, I needed to look at my "goal" in a different way.
