My Goals:
My goal is to be happy in this life andbody. I am a sugar junkie who loves a good donut or strudel with my morning coffee. I am trying to rid artificial swtnrs. from my diet along with the sugar, while adding walking.

Hello from beautiful KY, (Falmouth). I struggle daily with sugar snacks and inactivity due to my Fibro and fatigue. With Gods help, I continue to make small changes.

Thank you so much for adding me as a friend - I have done likewise with you.
Any little change you can make in the right direction means you are nearer to your goal. One ounce off your weight is better than no ounce and just a single ounce is an achievement. Do an ounce sixteen times and you've done a pound. Once you have done one pound you can do a second etc. etc.
Little and often is the secret and it doesn't matter how little, it is still an achievement.
