please do not give up! i understand just how hard it is to lose the weight and keepit off. also to lose all the weight i need to. that's why i'm here at spark. you are worth all the effort and hardwork it takes! you deserve to be healthy and remember that real beauty starts from the inside out. YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL AND VERY IMPORTANT! You need to take care of yourself.
Remember that you have a choice to be healthy and consider yourself important enough to do the best thing for yourself!
you don't have to be a part of a lot of teams. you could figure out which ones meets your needs the most and stay withthem. also, find yourself a buddy whom you can reach out to instead of reaching out to food. someone whom you trust and feels very supported by. when you are feeling down or upset you have someone specific you can sparkmail. i found this to be very helpful for me.
