HI! My name is Maryann Bowser. You have definately come to the right site to help you. I have been here for alittle over a month and have lost 10 pounds. I can't believe it. I realy haven't changed the way I eat a lot, although I have cut out some greasy, fat foods. I have begun to exercise. I do it in 10 minute sperts. My breaks at work have now become a 5 minute batheroom break and 10 minutes of power walking around my office. It works out great. I get 30 minutes of exercise a day and it reall doesn't feel like exercise then wen I get home I can do more if I want to but I don't have to as I've already hit my goal for the day. Hi Barbie@47's We are nearly neighbors! I live in east texas to0! I trail to Tyler area quite often that is where my mom & grandma live in a small town just outside of Tyler.
I will be adding you to my friends I try to keep up with and support people that add me or I add to mine.
Just stick with it you have to make that permanet change. Once I learned I would have to Live it instead of Diet. Things were a bit easier. The other thing was getting things I didn't need to have out of the house or up on a shelf I would have to have a ladder to get at it.. LOL I am here any time you need a ear.
JIBBIE49 has it right you have to find out why you eat so much of mine was emotional eating. I read Dr. Phil's book and started from there.
