The scoop on myself, I turned 40 in October of 05 put on a quick 10 lbs, finally got that off plus a few more, now I'm working on the real deep fat, LOL! I found this wonderful site, (Sept of 06) What a grand site!
I'm from Wisconsin.
To help in my weight loss journey I'm going to start journaling everything I put in my mouth, and exercise 4 to 5 times a week.
This restart begins 09/29/13 I need to get that ticker moving down again, I'm calling it a diet for now...lifestyle will come after I get the hang of it again!
To lose weight of course! Do aerobics 2 times a week. Walk or elliptical 2 additional times a week.

Im counting calories, try to stay between 1200-1550 a day. Go to aerobics, Mon, and Wed evenings. and get another walk, or elliptical in!
My home is in Wisconsin! I'm the Mom of a twenty one year old. I have 3 tiny doggies that keep me hopping. My hubby is the hardest working guy I know(for the railroad). I work in a car dealership, Which I love! (most of the time) My struggle is, I had a total knee replacement done May 2013. worried about the exercise portion of this now!
My favorite movie of all time is Pretty woman! I get sucked in every time it comes on!

I have lost 26# in the past 17 months. ONly 4# away from my low in 2009. I am determined to get under 200 by the end of this year, which will be a miracle, since we are going to Jamaica again in Dec! YIKE!! Wish me luck!! Love and miss ya!
