Because i feel better when i look better...

When i was younger, a neighbor said if i did'nt eat i would blow away. So i ate. After my second child at age 30, my body was never that thin again. I wasn't "skinny", like i used to be, but it wasn't "fat" either. Now that i'm in my fiftys, have had 5 kids,menopause and now i'm fat! The genetic cellulose on my butt and legs is sick. If i excercise it might come off, maybe.....ya know i never liked to excercise, never had to, i was thin. Now i know it's the ONLY way to keep it off. My daughter ...

I started my excercise program in January. By May i had only lost 10#'s, but i know i lost inches, i felt better, i was not wearing an XL , but a L. After the wedding i was so relived it was all over, i relaxed ,let summer happen. By September, i actually feft my metabolism shift, i felt my body want the previous weight. I was hungry. The 10#'s came back with a vengence. Now i have to start over again. I know excercise works, cause i did it. I felt better, i started working out again. I had lost the previous 10#'s by doing the Slim in-6, and walking on my treadmill 30min a day. So.....here i go again, i'm gonna tweek what i do, but i will conquer once more, this time i won't stop excercising. THAT IS THE KEY TO THIS MADNESS!!!!!

Hi, I added you as a friend so I could keep up-to-date on your page. The best thing for me to lose is to exercise, too. Consistency is key for me. I try to track every day. I do better at the fitness then the food tracking. Stay Sparked! emoticon
