Thanks for stopping by my page and commenting on my blog, concerning the Spark Activity Tracker. I find the little bursts of activity throughout the day keep me more alert and less sluggish too. Our weather has been in the 0-30 degree range for awhile so it is challenging. I love that SparkPeople has short 10 minute workout videos to get you moving too.
