Hi Barbie crone, I love your name . I am from NSW Australia and I live in a seaside village that is fullof tourists right now. Is that a photo of you walking on the sand?
I loved to walk on the sand but now I am 76 and my knees ankles and feet are giving up the ghost. Small wonder really when I expect them to carry all the weight I've put on. I weigh 110 kilos that's a horrid number of pounds.
I tried to go on a bus trip with the seniors last year and could not walk up the bus sterps with dignity but had to crawl up them.
Last week I went to the gym twice. Everyday I walk the dog. Right now I am having a coffee and a freshly baked diabetic biscuit as a reward for cleaning up the doggy do-dos in the yard- ajob I've procrastinated on for too long.

Hi Barb,
I know where you are coming from. I to have bad knees. I f would say one thing it is to get going a little at a time. Sometime when I'm on my way to the gym my knees are telling me not to do it, but I do anyway. Good luck with your weight lost emoticon
