Happy Days Are Here Again

My name is Barb. I found & joined Sparkpeople at a time in my life when I felt my worse. I was over weight & miserable. My clothes were fitting very tight & that made me feel worse. I decided to change my lifestyle, to eat clean & exercise to become fit & healthy again. I cannot begin to tell you what changes my body has gone through. I am now more fit, stronger, weigh a lot less & have more energy than I have had in a long time.

I have recommitted myself to do a rotation of an exercise program called Slim In 6 by Debbie Siebers. I will finish it August 6, 2010. These dvds will get you in shape like no other. They are tough but effective.

Eating clean (Tosca Reno's book on eating clean is great), be sure I eat enough calories to fuel my workouts.

Doing SI6 now, will begin Slim Series in August 2010.
