Ready for a change!

Hi, I'm Barb. I am a mom, a wife and an educator. Currently my weight is just out of control and like I said, I'm ready for a change. This time I want to focus on making healthy changes in my life rather than going for the crash diet where I lose weight quickly, but it comes back (and then some)!

My Goals:
1. To tie my shoes without having to hold my breath!
2. To fit in an airplane seat and not feel like I am taking up more than my share.
3. I would love to not shop plus size stores ever again!
4. To feel like I don't need to run screaming out of the room when someone brings out a camera!
5. To feel good about myself and stop comparing myself to others.

My Program:
I know I have a long journey ahead. I am making dietary changes and just trying to make healthier choices in my everyday life, like drinking more water, eating more fruits and veggies, less processed (high fat!) food and exercising at least three times a week.
