I noticed too that my hobbies all involve sitting!! I do love to walk and swim, and ride my bike even though it's been years since I have! I've been walking almost every day, eating less and better, and drinking more than a gallon of water a day. I think that water makes a big difference!! I used to love yoga, but got so big it was hard to do. I'm hoping that I'm back down to where I can do it again soon!

I don't wear a pedometer. I've tried, but it either falls off, then I run it over with my office chair, or it resets itself so I never could get an accurate reading! I really want to wear one and see where I'm at with my steps! I've tried it on my waistband and my shoe. I've broken buttons off of one before!! I'm pedometer impaired!
